Meet the Team




Fr Nicholas Nweke, is a priest of the Archdiocese of Perth. He has worked in different parishes and presently the Parish priest of the Holy Cross Church Hamilton Hill. 

 He backed his Degrees in Philosophy and Theology respectively in Nigeria and his Scripture and morality studies in Notre Dame Fremantle, WA. And Licentiate Degree in Communication from Pontifical University of Holy Cross, Rome.

He is member of Equestrian Order of Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. A  Founder of Voice of the Voiceless Australia and ADMF.




Frank is one of Directors of ADMF since June 2018. Also, he has been the Chair person of the Voice of the Voiceless catholic ministry since 2006 , now known as VOV Australia, that provides for the most disadvantaged in the community locally and overseas.   

He has associations with many different groups such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Veterans Association of WA, he is a member of the Honouring Indigenous War Graves, the board member of St. Helena Catholic Primary School, media representative of Ellenbrook sub-branch, leader of the volunteer group of veterans and civilians to complete a work project of amphitheatre in Hyden, WA, member of the Ellenbrook catholic parish council and he works with community groups in the local area. Frank is also an Elder of the Nanda people of the Jamatji area of WA.

Before his retirement, he served 36 years in the Australian Military (23 years in regular army and 13 years in ARES). Frank served the country in Malaysia, Borneo, Vietnam, Singapore, and worked with UN and NATO in the Balkans during the war (1993-1996).

Michael Nwokeiwu - Financial Director


Dr Michael Nwokeiwu is a Chartered Accountant & Registered Tax Agent in Australia. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia & New Zealand (ICAANZ), a Registered Tax Agent; has B.Sc & M.Sc degrees and a Doctorate (PhD) Degree in Business Administration from University of South Australia amongst other qualifications. He has served various communities for over 20 years in various capacities. 

 Dr Michael is an amiable supporter of humanity and always strives to contribute his quota wherever he serves. He loves his community and assists and supports well in community events. He has assisted in many charity organisations and very keen to actualise the objectives of ADMF. 



My name is Dr. Melanie Chan and I am currently a practising Dental Surgeon and Principal Dentist at Spencer Road Dental Care. I graduated from UWA with a Bachelor of Dental Science BDSc. (Honours) in 2002, and have been working at the above mentioned dental practice hitherto.I fully support the goals of ADMF in providing support to those in need in the community, especially in outreach dental care to the homeless, underprivileged and marginalised in our community.I look forward to be of service to our brothers and sisters in need, especially to those who are unable to access proper dental care in our community.



John is an inaugural member of the board and has a background in banking and accounting.He is a CPA and a has a Master of Business from Notre Dame University Australia and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Edith Cowan University.John commenced his working life as a bank officer and gained over 6 years’ experience in banking where he worked in customer service and lending.John’s accounting background includes working and volunteering for charities and not-for-profit organisation for over 10 years.  He also has 9 years’ experience working in tax practice and over 9 years working in all levels of government (Commonwealth, State and Local), including 4 years spent as a financial statement auditor.




Tanja is one of Directors of AMDF since June 2018. She has been also in the position of Secretary with VOVA since 2006. Tanja has an extensive experience in administration and secretarial duties in various jobs she held in Croatia and in Australia. Before moving to Australia in 1997, Tanja worked with different charity groups during the war, such as American Refugee Committee and United Nations

Dr Charles Meribole is a physician, medical educator, entrepreneur and administrator.

Charles holds post graduate qualifications/diplomas in Anaesthesia, Skin Cancer Surgery, Injury Management and Women’s Health.

Charles is also an adjunct senior lecturer at Curtin University Medical School.

Charles   has been involved in many quality improvement projects in chronic pain, obesity, hypertension and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Australia and has served as member of clinical council for primary health care Ltd Australia.

Charles is an   executive   director at Lagoon medical centre.

Charles is also  an executive director at Beeliar diagnostic Imaging.



Chinwe Eboh is a solicitor in Queensland and the principal of PCE Lawyers. She holds a Master of laws and has been involved in a lot of community services. She is a former board member of the Townsville Intercultural Centre and continues to provide legal advice and support to the African community as well as other multicultural communities.
